Clean Spaces
We’re moving into a new office, how often can I have it cleaned while still keeping it affordable?
A custom schedule can keep costs controlled by cleaning different areas at different frequencies instead of treating the whole office the same.

Do not guess based only on office size
A small office with heavy customer traffic can need more cleaning than a larger office where most employees work remotely. Look at people, restrooms, kitchens, floor types, visitors, and the number of days the office is actually occupied.
Separate high frequency areas from low frequency areas
Restrooms and breakrooms may need every visit, while private offices, storage rooms, or conference rooms may need less frequent detailed cleaning. This allows you to protect the budget without letting important areas fall behind.
Start with a realistic schedule and adjust
You can begin with a schedule that fits your budget, then review how the office looks after a few weeks. If certain areas consistently need more attention, increase those areas instead of automatically adding more cleaning everywhere.
Include move in cleaning separately
If the office is newly built, renovated, or recently vacated, consider a one time detailed clean before the recurring schedule begins. That gives the ongoing cleaning plan a clean starting point instead of asking regular visits to catch up on old dust or construction residue.
